Privacy policy

Plain language about what happens to the details you give us when you request locksmith service.

Effective as of site launch

1. Who we are

ASAP Locksmith USA operates a locksmith service dispatch business. Customers request service from us, and our dispatch team coordinates available technicians from our network of independent local subcontracted locksmith providers. This policy covers information collected through this website.

2. What we collect

  • Request details you provide: name, phone number, general location (city, state, or ZIP), the service type you choose, and any optional details you write.
  • Request acknowledgment: that you submitted a service request under the service-contact notice, and when. This is not a marketing or SMS opt-in record.
  • Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to operate and secure the site.
  • Owner accounts: if you sign in to the administration area, our authentication provider processes your account email and session data.

Please do not include alarm codes, gate codes, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information in the details box.

3. How we use it

When you submit a service request, you ask ASAP Locksmith USA to use your details to check availability, coordinate dispatch and contact you about that request. We collect the information you submit and may share necessary request details with an independent local dispatch technician to confirm and perform the service. Submitting the form does not enroll you in marketing or provide separate consent for marketing, automated calls or SMS campaigns. The service-contact notice does not waive your privacy, consumer or other legal rights.

4. Sharing with independent technicians

To fulfill a service, we may share your request details with an independent technician who covers your area. That technician operates their own business and will use the information to contact you, confirm the job, and perform the work. At the current stage of operation, stored requests remain internal and are reviewed manually; there is no automatic transfer to technicians or third-party sales systems.

5. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not send automatic calls or texts when you submit a request. When enabled, our transactional email provider, Resend, processes request details to notify our business team; this is not marketing email to you.
  • We do not use request details for advertising or marketing lists.
  • We are not currently connected to any external customer relationship management system.

6. Storage and retention

Requests are stored in our internal database and are accessible only to authorized owner accounts. When business email notifications are enabled, a copy of your submitted contact, service, location and notes is also processed by our email provider and stored in the business recipient mailbox. We keep request information for as long as needed to handle the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it, including relevant notification copies.

7. Security

Access to stored requests is restricted to administrators verified server side. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can see it.

8. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the request details we hold about you. Submit a request through the contact page describing what you would like, and include your request reference if you have one. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we will honor applicable requests.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, for example if we begin routing requests to technicians through an automated system. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
