1. The service
ASAP Locksmith USA accepts locksmith service requests and coordinates dispatch through its nationwide technician network. Field services are performed by independent local subcontracted locksmith providers. The requested service and technician availability are confirmed for each address, and applicable licensing requirements vary by location. Geographic city listings are not company offices. A submitted request is not a confirmed dispatch.
2. Not an emergency service
This website is not a substitute for emergency services. If anyone is in danger, a person or animal is trapped in an unsafe space, or there is a fire, gas leak, or medical emergency, call 911.
3. Independent technicians
Technicians are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Each technician is solely responsible for the work they perform, their quotes, their scheduling, their tools, and compliance with any licensing, insurance, or other requirements that apply where they work. You should ask a technician directly about their credentials.
4. No guarantees
Submitting a request saves it for review. It is not a confirmed dispatch. We do not guarantee that a technician will be available, that anyone will contact you, or any arrival time. ASAP Locksmith USA coordinates service through a nationwide technician network, but each request must still be confirmed for the requested service and location.
5. Authorization
You may only request access to property or vehicles you are legally entitled to access. Technicians may require photo ID and proof of ownership, tenancy, or authorization, and may decline any job where entitlement is unclear. Misrepresenting your authority may be a crime.
6. Pricing and payment
We do not set or publish prices. Any price is quoted by the technician, and you may accept or decline before work begins. Payment terms are between you and the technician.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in your request.
- Do not submit requests for anyone else's property without their authority.
- Do not misuse the website, attempt to access restricted areas, or submit automated or abusive requests.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ASAP Locksmith USA is not liable for the acts, omissions, work quality, pricing, or conduct of independent technicians, or for losses arising from delays or unavailability of service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
